The Future of Equal Leadership
For Airbus Aerostructures in Germany, Cécile conducted a dedicated foresight study and keynote exploring the future of leadership in a rapidly changing world. Combining trend research, expert interviews and strategic storytelling, the project challenged conventional views on leadership and explored the shift towards more inclusive, adaptive and future-ready leadership models.

Building Future Fluent Creative Leaders
In collaboration with Adhlal in Saudi Arabia, Cécile co-develops and delivers foresight-based learning programmes focused on future literacy, creative economy development and long-term visioning. The programmes equips emerging creative leaders with the tools, methods and mindset needed to navigate uncertainty and shape preferable futures.

Building Future Thinking Capacity
For one of the largest housing corporations in the Netherlands, Cécile designed and facilitated a multi-month foresight programme aimed at strengthening future-thinking capabilities across the organisation. Through workshops, strategic dialogue and practical foresight tools, teams learned how to translate emerging developments into actionable decisions and long-term value creation.
